This company is one of the largest industrial equipment distributors in the United States.
In this company I work with emails, my role is to do follow-up's regarding a customer order.
For example: If the vendor sent an update regarding a ship date for any of the items ordered, or if they have any questions regarding the order I will need to update this information in our system and reply the vendor on what they need on the order.
I also work, invoices, we would check if the items and prices match with what the customer ordered.
In MSC we use AS400 and Salesforce as our main tool.

In this role, I was handling tech support calls to provide assistance to provide help to customers who were having failures in a wide variety of products that the company offered.

My first job
Convoy is a company where they use trucks to do shipping for different companies around the world.
My role here was, they were different LOB's . My assign LOB was for GPS repair for our trucks. I worked with tickets through out the day to try and solve the GPS to force the ping to the last location it was in. If not, I would call and schedule a route with the driver to make a stop to the lease provider of the trailer and get the GPS replaced, as it was replaced and we got a signal the ticket was closed on my end.
